Your Sculptra® vials and Sylfirm X® can be done the same day, or split into two visits — whichever suits you. Topical numbing is applied first, so both are comfortable. Exosomes are applied immediately after Sylfirm X.
Minimal downtime: mild swelling for a few days after Sculptra (with a simple at-home massage routine), and redness that settles within 24–48 hours after Sylfirm X.
Surface improvements from Sylfirm X show first. Sculptra’s collagen builds gradually beneath it, peaking around 8–12 weeks — so the change looks like you, rested.
